Nu is a personal agent that runs on your own machine and talks to you from a terminal or a chat app:
  • Governed: every tool call is checked against your policy. Anything it doesn’t allow waits for your approval.
  • Durable: every step is recorded. A turn cut off by a crash picks up where it stopped, without repeating what it already did.
  • Isolated: shell commands and file edits run in a sandbox that holds none of Nu’s secrets.
  • Extensible: packages can add to or change almost anything Nu does.
Nu is built on Pi and runs each turn as a Rebuno execution. The source is at github.com/rebuno/nu.
